Luther Burden III, Missouri run all over Louisiana Tech

Freshman Luther Burden III scored two touchdowns as host Missouri defeated Louisiana Tech 52-24 in the season opener for both teams on Thursday in Columbia, Mo.

Burden, one of the top-rated wide receiver recruits in the country, caught a 5-yard touchdown pass and ran 1 yard for another score for the Tigers, who were 6-7 a year ago.
