49ers aim for revenge on Rams after NFC title game loss

The San Francisco 49ers are seeking their seventh straight regular-season victory over the Los Angeles Rams, but they lost the game that mattered most last winter.

The teams will square off Monday night in Santa Clara, Calif., for the first time since Los Angeles defeated San Francisco in last season's NFC Championship game. The Rams went on to beat the Cincinnati Bengals in Super Bowl LVI.

Los Angeles (2-1) also hasn't
