Penguins G Tristan Jarry out of Winter Classic with lower-body injury

Pittsburgh Penguins starting goalie Tristan Jarry left Monday's Winter Classic at Fenway Park against the Boston Bruins with a lower-body injury and will not return.

Jarry spoke with Pittsburgh trainers before opting to leave the game. Casey DeSmith replaced Jarry in net with 4:30 left in the first period.

Jarry made eight saves before leaving the ice.
