No. 2 Kansas-No. 11 Kansas State rivalry takes on added meaning

The "Octagon of Doom" will be jumping as No. 2 Kansas visits No. 11 Kansas State in a battle for the lead in the Big 12 Conference on Tuesday night in Manhattan, Kan.

The game means more than in-state bragging rights for a change. The winner will have at least a share of the conference lead.

Kansas has won seven straight and 15 of the last 16 in the series.
