Bhubneswar (Odhisa) [India], January 17 (ANI): The Commissionerate police on Tuesday flagged off 40 mobile patrol bikes for the twin cities of Bhubaneswar-Cuttack to help regulate heavy traffic during ongoing World Cup Hockey matches.
