Diamondbacks, LHP Andrew Chafin agree to 1-year deal

The Arizona Diamondbacks and left-hander Andrew Chafin agreed to terms on a one-year contract with a club option for 2024.

Financial terms were not disclosed by the Diamondbacks, however multiple media outlets reported on Saturday that Chafin would receive $5.5 million to rejoin his former team.

Per reports, the contract includes a $7.25 million club option for 2024 with a $750,000 buyout. Up to $1 million in appearance
