Rangers acquire F Anton Blidh, D Wyatt Kalynuk

The New York Rangers acquired forward Anton Blidh and defenseman Wyatt Kalynuk in separate trades Friday.

The Rangers got Blidh from the Colorado Avalanche in exchange for forward Gustav Rydahl.

New York got Kalynuk from the Vancouver Canucks in exchange for future considerations.

Blidh, 27, was scoreless in 14 games this season with Colorado. He totaled 12 points (four goals, eight assists) in 70 games in six seasons
