Lions re-sign LB Alex Anzalone to new 3-year deal
The Detroit Lions are bringing back starting linebacker Alex Anzalone on a new three-year contract.
The Lions announced the deal Wednesday without disclosing financial terms.
Anzalone, 28, led the Lions with 125 tackles -- seven for loss -- in 2022, starting all 17 games for the club. He also recorded seven quarterback hits, six passes defensed, 1.5 sacks, one interception, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.
