Cowboys bring back QB Cooper Rush on 2-year deal
The Dallas Cowboys agreed to terms Friday with backup quarterback Cooper Rush on a two-year contract.
NFL Network reported the deal was worth up to $6 million, with the first year and signing bonus guaranteed.
Rush, 29, guided the Cowboys to four straight wins from Weeks 2-5 in 2022 after starter Dak Prescott injured his right thumb in the season opener.
