Pirates SS Oneil Cruz could be out until All-Star break

Pittsburgh Pirates shortstop Oneil Cruz could be on the mend until the All-Star break following surgery to repair his broken left ankle.

MLB.com reported Cruz is out for 10-12 weeks, a timeline the team hasn't yet confirmed.
