Reds RHP Hunter Greene (leg) exits early in win over Rays

Cincinnati Reds right-hander Hunter Greene was removed from Monday's game against the visiting Tampa Bay Rays after three innings due to what the team said was a right tibia contusion and that X-rays were negative.
