Alcaraz wins in Madrid to reclaim number one spot
MADRID, May 7 (Xinhua) -- Carlos Alcaraz has won the Madrid Open men's title by defeating German Jan-Lennard Struff 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 in Sunday's final.
