Dodgers RHP Dustin May (elbow) exits vs. Twins
Los Angeles Dodgers right-hander Dustin May left his start Wednesday against the visiting Minnesota Twins after one inning with pain in his throwing elbow.
May was replaced by right-hander Dylan Covey, who just had his contract purchased by the Dodgers on Wednesday morning. Covey was making his first appearance in the major leagues since 2020.
May, 25, was having a standout start to the season with a 4-1 record and a 2.
