New Zealand Ferns will "learn and grow", says coach Klimkova

AUCKLAND, New Zealand, June 30 (Xinhua) -- New Zealand women's national team head coach Jitka Klimkova announced her 23-strong squad for the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup here on Friday.

Of the 23, ten players are set to make their World Cup debut at home in New Zealand.

Speaking on her team selection, Klimkova said she was proud of the work of all the extended squad during the nine-week selection process.<
