Chengdu Universiade | Day 4: China adds 10 golds, 3 FISU records broken

CHENGDU, Aug. 1 (Xinhua) -- China added 10 more gold medals to its collection at the Chengdu Universiade, while three new FISU records have been set as swimming events kicked off here on Tuesday.

Being a table tennis powerhouse, China beat Chinese Taipei 3-0 and Japan 3-2 respectively in the men's and women's team finals, with the mixed doubles event starting on Wednesday.
