Guardians score four in 11th inning to take down Blue Jays

Kole Calhoun's two-run double and Ramon Laureno's two-run home run keyed a four-run 11th inning as the visiting Cleveland Guardians defeated the Toronto Blue Jays 10-7 Sunday afternoon.

Calhoun and Laureano each had three hits in the rubber match of the three-game series. Their decisive hits in the 11th came against Jay Jackson (3-1).
