Mohali (Punjab) [India], August 28 (ANI): Union Sports Minister Anurag Thakur heaped praise on India's javelin ace Neeraj Chopra who clinched India's first gold medal at the World Athletics Championships.

Neeraj recorded his best throw of 88.17 m in his second attempt in the Championship final and managed to keep his lead intact till the very end. Arshad Nadeem of Pakistan, the Commonwealth Games champion finished with si
