Report: Rams looking to trade RB Cam Akers

Los Angeles Rams running back Cam Akers was ruled inactive for Sunday's game against the visiting San Francisco 49ers as the team looks to trade him, FOX Sports reported.
Per the report, Akers is not injured and was made idle for Sunday's game as a coach's decision.
