Falcons release S Jaylinn Hawkins

The Atlanta Falcons released fourth-year safety Jaylinn Hawkins on Wednesday and signed safety Micah Abernathy to replace him on the active roster.
Abernathy, 26, who has appeared in just three career NFL games, was on Atlanta's practice squad.
Hawkins, 26, had three tackles in six games (no starts) this season. The 2020 fourth-round pick has 124 tackles and four interception
