Rams designate RB Kyren Williams for return from IR

The Los Angeles Rams designated running back Kyren Williams for return from injured reserve Wednesday and the expectation is that he'll be ready to play this week.
Williams has missed the past four games with an ankle injury sustained against the Arizona Cardinals on Oct. 15. The Rams (4-6) visit the Cardinals (2-9) on Sunday.
