Jets QB Zach Wilson departs vs. Dolphins

New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson exited Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins late in the second quarter with a head injury and was ruled out early in the second half.
According to CBS, the Jets said Wilson is not in concussion protocol. Earlier, the team said Wilson was dealing with dehydration.
Wilson completed 4 of 11 passes for 26 yards and was sacked four times
