Raptors C Jakob Poeltl (finger) out indefinitely

Toronto Raptors center Jakob Poeltl is out indefinitely after undergoing surgery on the little finger of his left hand.
The team said the surgery was performed Tuesday in New York. He dislocated the finger in Sunday's 111-106 win over the Charlotte Hornets.
Poeltl missed 11 games earlier this season with a sprained left ankle.
