Complaint launched over embarrassing NRL judiciary Spencer Leniu, Jarome Luai gaffe

The NRL has reportedly received a formal complaint after an embarrassing blunder in which the judiciary counsel in Monday nights Spencer Leniu hearing called the Roosters prop Spencer Luai and said he played for Tonga rather than Samoa.
