Marlins RHP Edward Cabrera to return Tuesday at Philly

The Miami Marlins will reinstate right-hander Edward Cabrera from the 15-day injured list to start Tuesday's game at Philadelphia.

Marlins manager Clayton McCullough on Monday confirmed to MLB.com the impending return of Cabrera, who landed on the IL on Sept. 1 (retroactive to Aug. 31) with an elbow strain.
