If you live in Sydney, you've just been gifted yet another reason to love toast because a ~toast bar~ just opened in Bondi.
It's called Mr Topper's Toast Bar, and yes, it's a café completely dedicated to toast.
According to founder Jack Warwick the most popular toast on the menu is - you guessed it - the smashed avo and feta combination, affectionately known as "the daily".
Other toast options include fresh strawberries, clotted cream, and honey, as well as more filling creations that feature poached chicken, smoked salmon, crispy bacon, or sautéed mushrooms.
