Rod Johnstone, 80, has been sailing since the age of 4. He competes in the legendary Bermuda Race: a 635-mile journey from Newport, Rhode Island, to Bermuda and back. Teammates battle wind, weather and water, and exist on 30-minute catnaps. Don Dahler reports.
