Florida governor takes no chances as state prepares for Hurricane Irma

The last major storm to hit Florida was Hurricane Wilma in 2005. Now, Gov. Rick Scott is not taking any chances. Scott declared a state of emergency, and some areas will start mandatory evacuations Wednesday. Manuel Bojorquez has more.
