President Trump is expected to declare the opioid epidemic a national emergency next week following an investigation by "60 Minutes" and the Washington Post. The president also said he might consider replacing his drug czar nominee, Rep. Tom Marino, who sponsored a new law that weakened the DEA's control over opioid drug distributors.
