Lawmakers call for fixes after Baltimore schools shuttered over frigid temperatures

The freezing temperatures have disrupted large parts of the country. In Baltimore, students were kept home this week not because they couldn't get there, but because the buildings were barely warmer than a refrigerator. Michelle Miller reports.
