Wasting food is a huge problem in the U.S. Americans throw out an estimated 8 billion pounds of food a year. Some of the biggest offenders are tourist destinations, like hotels and casinos in Las Vegas. But thanks to some technology that is changing. CBS News correspondent John Blackstone reports.
