Sacramento police release video showing officers shooting unarmed man Stephon Clark

Police in Sacramento released new video Wednesday that shows officers shooting a man to death Sunday night. The officers say they thought Stephon Clark had a gun, but he was only holding a cellphone. CBS News correspondent John Blackstone reports.
