A California man who blasted into the sky in a homemade rocket is recovering from minor injuries. "Mad" Mike Hughes climbed more than 1,800 feet above California's Mojave Desert. Mireya Villarreal says he wanted to prove the Earth is flat, and shaped like a frisbee.
