Hayward Fault, with 2 million people living on top of it, could be the site of next big earthquake

The Bay Area is bracing for the next big earthquake. The U.S. Geological Survey finds the biggest danger may be the Hayward Fault – which has 2 million people live on top of it. CBS News correspondent Carter Evans explains.
