A Texas teen accused of planning an ISIS-inspired mass shooing is in jail. Prosecutors say the plot by 17-year-old Matin Azizi-Yarand was foiled during an undercover investigation by the FBI and local police. He is charged with criminal solicitation and making a terroristic threat. Dean Reynolds reports.
