Hawaii threatens to arrest residents who ignore volcano evacuations

Emergency officials in Hawaii have issued a dire warning to people still living in the Kilauea volcano lava zones. They say people who ignore the mandatory evacuation orders do so at their own risk and could be arrested. Carter Evans reports.
