Rep. Will Hurd says it would be a "terrible move" if Trump pardons himself

Rep. Will Hurd, R-Texas, says that if President Trump were to pardon himself, it would be a "terrible move." Mr. Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani suggested Sunday that the president has the authority to pardon himself.
