Passengers on a JetBlue flight were terrified when armed officers suddenly stormed their plane at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport. It was about to take off for Los Angeles when an equipment failure caused pilots to lose communication. A subsequent false alarm triggered the massive police response. Kris Van Cleave reports.
