A stunning upset rocked the midterm elections. Ten-term Democratic Congressman Joe Crowley was defeated on Tuesday in New York City by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a self-described socialist who was running her first race for office. Crowley had been considered a potential successor to House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi. Nancy Cordes reports.
