President Trump walked back his statement in Helsinki in which he appeared to accept Russian President Vladimir Putin's assertion that Russia did not interfere with the 2016 U.S. election. Trump said Tuesday that he recognizes the U.S. intelligence community's findings and he mispoke in Finland. CBS News White House correspondent Weijia Jiang reports.
