Tropical Storm Gordon forms off Florida

Tropical moisture from the Gulf of Mexico could make the rain worse in the Midwest and farther south, Tropical Storm Gordon has developed off the coast of Florida. Meteorologist Danielle Niles is tracking Gordon’s path.
