Fierce Typhoon Mangkhut tears through Hong Kong

Dozens of people are missing after a typhoon described as the "king of storms" slammed into heavily populated parts of Asia. Typhoon Mangkhut killed at least 69 people over the weekend. Ben Tracy reports from Hong Kong.
