Package bomb suspect was a prolific tweeter who lashed out at Democrats

The man accused of sending bombs to prominent Democrats was arrested in the past. He was also vocal on social media, lashing out at many of the same people who received bombs this week. CBS News correspondent David Begnaud reports.
