San Diego hopes to become largest "smart city" in the U.S.

You may have a "smart" thermostat in your home, or know someone who does. Now, entire cities are scaling up, too. Next month, representatives from San Diego will be speaking at a worldwide Smart City Expo in Barcelona. Dana Jacobson reports.
