Deadly Nor'easter slams East Coast with snow and flooding

A late winter Nor'easter pounded much of the East Coast Friday with hurricane-force winds, heavy rain and record snow in some areas. At least six deaths are being blamed on the storm. Even where it wasn't raining or snowing, the high winds were dangerous. Kris Van Cleave reports.

A nor'easter exploded Friday into what weather watchers call a "bomb cyclone" -- and it's not over yet. Communities on the East Coast are getting swamped by heavy rain, and a surge of seawater. More than two million homes and businesses have lost power amid threatening winds, and thousands of flights have been canceled. CBS News’ Kris Van Cleave reports.
