Agency created to fight organized crime at New York Harbor may be pushed out

The port of New York and New Jersey processes nearly seven million cargo containers a year, delivering more than $200 billion in goods across America. But the modern waterfront still hasn't shaken its criminal past, according to the watchdog group responsible for fighting organized crime on the docks. Now Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor, the agency created to clean up organized crime on the waterfront, is fighting to survive. Tony Dokoupil reports.

Illinois teen faces felony charge for recording principals without consent

A 13-year-old boy faces a felony charge in Illinois for recording a conversation with his school principals without their consent. His state has one of the strictest eavesdropping laws in the country. He says he recorded the conversation when he was asked to explain why he wasn't showing up for detention. CBS News legal analyst Rikki Klieman joins “CBS This Morning” to discuss why the boy has a good defense and the question of whether there was a reasonable expectation of privacy where the conversation took place.
