Federal charges announced against friend of Dayton gunman

Authorities have charged a friend of the gunman in the Dayton mass shootingof lying on federal firearms forms. U.S. Attorney Benjamin Glassman told reporters Ethan Kollie bought body armor and a 100-round magazine for Connor Betts, who killed nine people on Aug. 4. Glassman said investigators have not found any evidence that Kollie took part in planning the shooting.
