U.S. agrees with Taliban in principle to troop withdrawal deal

The U.S. has agreed to a deal in principle with the Taliban to start withdrawing troops from Afghanistan. It requires pulling out 5,400 troops within 135 days of President Trump's signature. Bahamas "at war" with Hurricane Dorian after storm surge pummels island

Hurricane Dorian has been pummeling the Bahamas for a day and a half. Some of the islands are just 4 feet above sea level -- and were hit by a storm surge of up to 23 feet -- higher than the roof line of most homes. On Monday, the prime minister said his country is "at war" with Hurricane Dorian, but is without a weapon to defend itself. Norah O'Donnell reports.

Greg Craig found not guilty of lying to the Department of Justice

Greg Craig, a prominent Democratic attorney and former White House counsel, was found not guilty of lying to the Justice Department about work he had done on behalf of Ukraine in 2012. A federal jury in Washington acquitted Craig after less than four hours of deliberation Wednesday.
