Charleston could face catastrophic flooding from Hurricane Dorian

Charleston is bracing for heavy rain and flooding as Hurricane Dorian moves closer. Meteorologists predict the storm could dump between five and 15 inches of rain in the area. Jamie Yuccas reports.
