91-year-old is longest-serving officer in Ohio after 67 years with sheriff's department

Howard Mullen has been with he Meigs County Sherrif's department for 67 years. At 91 years old, he still goes on ride-alongs with officers and has no plans to quit – "It's in your blood," he says.
