Sondland: State Department, NSC and White House leadership "were all informed about the Ukraine efforts"

U.S. Ambassador to the E.U. Gordon Sondland testified Wednesday, "The suggestion that we were engaged in some irregular or rogue diplomacy is absolutely false."
